Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of South Charleston

When I went in my bangs reached my mouth easily. I asked for one inch of it off. I left and now my hair cannot reach my eyebrows. I ended up having about 4 inches cut. The barber kept making comments about how much hair I had and I said that, yes, in fact it had taken me a while to grow all of my hair and I wanted to keep it. About halfway through my hair cut she calls another barber over and says “what do I do about this” I was very confused at this point. The other barber trimmed my hair a little bit and left . The barber who was originally cutting my hair asked my if the length that my hair was is a good length. I said “ yes that length is good “. She lroceeded to cut offf about another inch of my hair. She then calls the other barber back over and asks “what do I do about this” the second barber at this point cuts my hair about 2 inches shorter. I said that the length was good again and then the barber who has know idea what I want done to my hair and who has never asked Me how long I wanted my hair cuts about another inch of my hair. I would have stopped her but the first barber was standing between me and the mirror so I could not see what was being cut. When I went in my bangs reached my mouth easily. I asked for one inch of it off. I left and now my hair cannot reach my eyebrows

Returned to Sports Clips Charleston after having discussiion with owner about previous visit. Received outstanding service from Megan as I had in the past visits. I had a bad expience on previous visit but my return visit restored everything I love about Sports Clips. I also thank the owner for being so responsive.
